Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of hifreya.com and any purchase you make from Freya. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

About us

Freya is a women's wellness brand based in Los Angeles, California, selling premium grooming and personal wellness products at hifreya.com. Our Shopify store is operated under the brand name Freya; our store handle is cravefreya.myshopify.com.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; any price change affects new orders only, not existing orders already placed. Product descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; minor variations in color due to screen settings are not considered defects.

We sell the Freya starter kit (a premium razor with vibration-function handle) and blade refill cartridges as one-time purchases and by subscription. The kit is a consumer electronic device. Blade cartridges are consumables and are not returnable once opened.

Subscription terms

Enrollment: When you subscribe to blade refill deliveries, you authorize Freya (via Recharge) to charge your payment method on the cadence you select (monthly, every 6 weeks, every 8 weeks, or every 12 weeks). Your selected price and cadence are shown at checkout and confirmed by email.

Control is yours: You may, at any time through your account dashboard:

• Skip a shipment (no charge, subscription continues on the next cycle)
• Pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months
• Change your shipment cadence
• Update your shipping address or payment method
• Cancel your subscription entirely

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. To comply with FTC click-to-cancel requirements, cancellation must be as easy as sign-up — it is. Log in to your account and cancel from your subscription dashboard, or email hello@hifreya.com and we'll cancel within 1 business day. If your next charge date is within 24 hours, the next shipment may already be processing; contact us immediately and we'll do our best to stop it.

Pre-charge notice: We will send an email reminder before each subscription charge. If you need to skip or cancel, do so before the charge date shown in that notice.

Blade refills already shipped: Subscription blade refill packs that have shipped are not refundable after delivery, with a 14-day exception for unopened packs. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) or PayPal. Your card will be charged at time of order for one-time purchases, and on your scheduled charge date for subscriptions.

If you don't recognize a charge, email us before disputing — we'll resolve it immediately.

Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states, including P.O. Boxes, via USPS. Shipping is free on all orders. International shipping is not currently available. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from shipment. Tracking is provided by email on every shipment.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy for full terms. The short version: 60-day refund window from delivery, no questions asked on the handle/kit. Blade packs are excluded once opened.

Intellectual property

All content on hifreya.com — including the Freya name, logo, product designs, photos, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Freya. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freya's liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. For any dispute, you may contact us first at hello@hifreya.com — most issues can be resolved without legal proceedings.

Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
